Help with TCGJet

Start with a safe next step. Keep your records and private information under your control.

Getting access

New access enquiries are paused while we complete our public contact and privacy arrangements. This website is not accepting email enquiries or payments. If you have already received an access email from us, you can reply to it.

A separate technical-support contact is not published yet. Do not send business records or urgent security reports through the website.

Before asking for help

  • Note your TCGJet version, macOS version and Mac model.
  • Identify the edition: direct download, Mac App Store or development build.
  • Write down the non-sensitive error and the steps that led to it.
  • Check whether you have a current backup. Review and redact any screenshot before sharing.

Never send your database, backups, customer or financial records, passwords, provider API keys, payment details or signing information.

Backups and restoring records

Export your current data before a restore. Restore replaces data—it is not a merge. Confirm the destination edition, and keep your original backup until you have checked the restored records.

Direct and Store editions must not be assumed to share a workspace. Use explicit export and restore for migration. JSON backups and CSV exports are not encrypted by TCGJet; protect them like business records.

If records appear missing or totals look wrong, stop making changes and preserve your backups. Do not try raw database edits or delete recovery files as a troubleshooting shortcut.

Prices, providers and channels

Catalog and market-price coverage varies by provider, card, printing, finish and condition. Check the match and observation date. A missing price is not zero; manual values remain available.

Channels manages your stock allocations and CSV reconciliation. It does not automatically publish listings or synchronize marketplace sales. Show Checkout records transactions completed elsewhere; it does not process payment.

Purchases and updates

For Mac App Store purchases, Apple handles account access, installation, updates and refund requests. Direct and Store purchases are separate channels; do not assume entitlement transfers.

The current direct Mac release has no active automatic-update feed. An installer or Apple review status is not proof of public availability. No refund or guaranteed recovery is promised here.

Privacy and diagnostics

Read how TCGJet handles data. Diagnostics are optional and local; review exported error information before sharing because it can reflect values you entered.

TCGJet helps organize records. It is not a marketplace, payment processor or tax-advice service.
